🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged item.

  • You received the wrong item.

If your order falls under one of these categories, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

📨 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at awtumnsg@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Sale items
